The in-app slide-out AI chat sidebar that answers questions about Truestamp and, for signed-in users, their own items and teams through a read-only actor-scoped toolset, also available to anonymous guests with a smaller toolset and tighter limits when anonymous chat is enabled.
Overview
The AI chat assistant is the slide-out chat sidebar built into the Truestamp web app, opened from the sparkles button in the navigation. It answers plain-language questions about Truestamp and, for signed-in users, about their own items, teams, and proofs, using a fixed read-only toolset that runs every lookup under your identity, so it can never surface data you could not see yourself and never creates, changes, deletes, or submits anything. When anonymous chat is enabled, logged-out visitors get the assistant too, with a deliberately smaller toolset (knowledge base, pure utility computes, and public reads) and tighter usage limits.
