Entitlement
A named Truestamp plan capability that cannot be reduced to a numeric limit, such as team-retained item ownership or the support level (community, email, priority); administrators can grant extra entitlements and limit overrides per account, and every check uses the effective values.
Overview
An entitlement is a named capability a plan tier either includes or does not, distinct from a numeric limit: it answers “may this account use this feature at all” rather than “how much”. The entitlements today are the support level (community, email, or priority) and team-retained item ownership, the paid-tier capability behind the team-retains ownership model. An administrator can also grant a single account extra entitlements and numeric limit overrides on top of its plan without changing the tier, and enforcement always uses the resulting effective values. Some yes/no capabilities are deliberately not entitlements but simply a limit being above zero: for example, outgoing webhooks are available when the webhook-endpoint ceiling is greater than zero. See plans, limits, and entitlements for the full model.
