The account-level tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) setting numeric limits (items per month, teams owned, members per team, metadata size, claims-only budget, webhooks, retention, chat messages) and named entitlements; the team billing owner's plan governs all work in that team.
Overview
A plan is the tier attached to a Truestamp account: Free, Starter, Pro, or Enterprise. It gates you in two ways: numeric limits (items per month, teams you may own, members per owned team, custom metadata size, the claims-only submission budget, outgoing webhook endpoints, item retention, and daily chat messages) and named feature entitlements such as team-retained item ownership and the support level. Plans are user-centric: the person who created a team is its billing owner, and that one account’s plan and pooled monthly item allowance govern everything done in the team, whichever teammate does the work. Free is the permanent default tier every account starts on; Starter, Pro, and Enterprise are published but marked “Coming Soon” and cannot be bought yet.
